Join us at Carnegie Science Center for a volunteer experience like no other! We need dedicated volunteers to handle liquid nitrogen, dive into our submarine's naval past, explain the local history of our Miniature Railroad & Village®, engage with visitors in our exhibit galleries, and answer visitors' questions.
No science expertise necessary – just a sense of fun and a willingness to learn! Our volunteer team includes diverse people of all ages, abilities, educational levels, and employment backgrounds. For a list of volunteer opportunities, please click here.
To begin your volunteer opportunity, complete an application online or download and mail your application. Once we get your application, we'll review it and contact you if you’re selected for an interview.
